ABTP’s Approach on Handling Spine Problems
Though physiotherapy plays a crucial role in managing spinal stenosis, it cannot reverse the underlying condition.
At ABTP, our tailored treatment plans focus on reducing the discomforts caused in this condition by decreasing spinal pressure, managing pain, and enabling continued participation in daily activities. Our approach combines targeted exercises, including flexion-based, spinal mobility, and stretching exercises, with effective pain management techniques like TENS, ultrasound, and care therapy.
Additionally, we employ soft tissue and joint mobilization to enhance overall function.
For specific cases, traction therapy may prove to be beneficial, while isometric, postural exercises and muscular strengthening programs remain essential for maintaining good spinal alignment and reducing strain. Aerobic exercises also become an essential part of the training regimen as these help improve tolerance for activities affected by spinal stenosis.
Here, at ABTP, our expert team provides personalized guidance to optimize recovery and ensure long-term comfort.
